Grip On Trip is designed to make your travel planning easy. By using our site and making bookings, you're agreeing to the ground rules below. We've tried to keep these as simple as possible.
Your Responsibilities
When you book through us, you're confirming that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide—like your email and payment details—is accurate. If you create an account, keep your login info safe; you're responsible for what happens under your profile.
Bookings & Payments
We act as a bridge between you and travel providers (hotels, guides, etc.). Your booking is official once you receive a confirmation email. While we facilitate the payment, the specific rules for your stay are set by the provider. We reserve the right to cancel orders if there's a clear error in pricing or a problem with payment processing.
Accuracy of Information
We work hard to keep everything updated, but sometimes descriptions or prices might have small errors. We'll always correct these as soon as we find them. If a price change affects an existing order, we'll reach out to you directly.
Liability & Disputes
Grip On Trip is a platform, not the service provider itself. We aren't liable for the actual experience at a hotel or during a tour, but we will always help you resolve any issues with the provider. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdictions in Ireland and Pakistan. If there's a disagreement we can't settle together, it will be handled by the local courts in those regions.
