How We Work
Grip On Trip acts as an intermediary. When you book a room, a tour, or a car, you're entering into a contract directly with that specific provider. Our job is to make that connection seamless, handle the payment securely, and ensure you have all the information you need for your trip.
Transparency in Listings
We ask our partners (hotels, guides, and agencies) to keep their listings accurate. While we do our best to verify the quality of what's on our platform, the provider is ultimately responsible for the pricing, availability, and the actual service they deliver. If a property doesn't look like the photos or a service is missing, we want to know so we can address it with them.
Payments & Fees
The price you see before you click "Book" is the total price, including applicable taxes. We believe in clear pricing—no hidden "resort fees" that pop up at the last second. Depending on the booking, you might pay in full upfront, or a deposit to hold your spot.
Cancellations & Refunds
Every provider has their own cancellation rules. Some offer free cancellation until 24 hours before, while others might be non-refundable. We clearly display these rules on every listing page. If you need to cancel, you can do it through your dashboard. If you're due a refund, we'll process it back to your original payment method as quickly as the banking systems allow.
Modifying Your Trip
Plans change. If you need to change your dates or add a guest, reach out to us. We'll work with the provider to see if it's possible. Please keep in mind that changes are subject to availability and might involve a price difference.
A quick tip: Always double-check your dates and guest count before finalizing. It's much easier to get it right the first time than to fix it later!
