Booking Policy

Service Policy & General Booking Conditions

By making a booking through Grip On Trip, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the service provider (e.g., hotel, guide, rental agency). We act solely as an intermediary between you and the provider, transmitting the details of your booking and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the provider.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the Grip On Trip platform are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated otherwise on our platform or the confirmation email.

  • Prices are per room/unit for your entire stay or per service instance.
  • Platform fees and service charges are clearly displayed before you finalize your booking.
  • We facilitate payments securely. You may be charged immediately or upon arrival, depending on the specific policy of the property or service provider.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

By making a booking, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that provider, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the provider that may apply to your visit or stay.

Note: Non-refundable rates generally cannot be changed or cancelled without charge. Please check the room or service details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

Modification of Bookings

Modifications to your booking (change of dates, guest details, etc.) are subject to availability and the specific policy of the service provider. Please contact our support team or use the self-service tools in your "My Bookings" area to request changes.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during the booking process is accurate. Grip On Trip is not liable for issues arising from incorrect email addresses, phone numbers, or credit card details.
